By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

By using the Civvera website and its associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Civvera reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time, and such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. 2. Services Provided
Civvera offers a broad spectrum of business consulting and strategic growth services to entrepreneurs seeking to open and scale clothing brands. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Additionally, Civvera connects entrepreneurs with an extensive network of trusted third-party manufacturers, suppliers, packers, and shipping partners to assist in the production and delivery of products. It is important to note that Civvera is not an original manufacturer but acts as an intermediary to facilitate the services of these third-party vendors.
We provide an end-to-end service for entrepreneurs looking to launch a clothing brand, covering everything from brand conceptualization and production to distribution and marketing.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By accessing our website and using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. Account Creation
Certain features of our website or services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Civvera is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, available on the Civvera website and in connection with our services, is the property of Civvera or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without the express written consent of Civvera. The use of any Civvera logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Civvera values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. Any data you provide through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information received from Civvera confidential and not to disclose such information to any third parties without prior written consent. Civvera will not be responsible for any breach of confidentiality by you or third parties to whom you may have disclosed confidential information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Civvera will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, timely, and effective services. However, we do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Civvera is also not responsible for any issues related to third-party vendors, including manufacturers, suppliers, packers, and shipping partners, that we may work with. Any issues arising from these third-party services are outside our control, and you agree to release Civvera from any liability related to such issues.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Civvera, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

9. Payments and Billing
Certain services provided by Civvera are subject to fees, which will be outlined in the respective service agreements. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways that Civvera integrates with for secure payment processing.

Payment for Business Engagement Plans: All payments made for business engagement plans (Basic and Premium) are non-refundable after 24 hours of the purchase. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for more information on specific conditions for cancellation.

Payment for Purchase Orders (PO): After finalizing the business engagement plan, should you wish to proceed with placing a Purchase Order (PO) for manufacturing, packing, and shipping services, the payment for such services must be made in full as per the agreement. Upon confirmation of the PO, the delivery time and date will be communicated to you, and you will be provided with a detailed breakdown of timelines. If you wish to discontinue services after confirming a PO, please be aware that the business consultation charges are non-refundable, and the refund for manufacturing, shipping, and packing services will be governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and are outlined in the respective service agreements and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The following key terms apply:

Business Consultation Fees: Once paid, business consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if you decide not to proceed with opening a clothing brand.

Manufacturing and Delivery Charges: Once a PO is confirmed, any cancellation of manufacturing or delivery services will be subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which may include partial or no refunds based on the stage of production, packing, and shipment.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and Civvera, both parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve the matter amicably. If we are unable to reach a resolution, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, rather than litigation, in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Termination
Civvera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will immediately cease. In the event of termination, you remain responsible for any payments due for services rendered prior to termination, and you agree to indemnify Civvera for any damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.
13. Third-Party Links and Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Civvera. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Civvera is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party websites or services.

17. Business Partner Membership Terms
By signing up for a membership with Civvera as a business partner, you acknowledge and agree that the membership fees paid do not guarantee any income or revenue. Membership is only a prerequisite to access Civvera’s services, and payments or commissions will only be provided to business partners upon successful sales or completed design milestones, based on the membership level selected. Civvera does not guarantee that business partners will earn any income or commissions solely by paying for membership.
You further acknowledge and agree that Civvera is not obligated to make any payments or issue any refunds to business partners if no sales or design-related milestones are achieved, regardless of membership status or payments made. Membership fees are non-refundable, even if the business partner cancels or terminates their engagement, or if no sales or design outcomes are realized.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and proceeding with the membership, you explicitly waive any rights to claim a refund for membership fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to situations where the business partner does not generate any income, sales, or completed designs during the membership period.
