However, clients retain ownership of any IP they provide to Civvera for the purpose of the engagement, including logos, trademarks, and pre-existing brand assets. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to proceed with mediation or arbitration as the final course of action. All legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction for any disputes will be the courts of India, as specified in the service agreement.
