To ensure clarity and fairness in our business relationships, we have outlined our comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy below. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Business Engagement Plans

We offer two business engagement plans to assist entrepreneurs in their journey:

Basic Business Engagement Plan: ₹2,999

Premium Business Engagement Plan: ₹7,999​

Non-Refundable Consultation Fees:

Once you pay for a business consultation, you are engaging with our expert team for personalized guidance and business development. These consultation fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with opening your brand or do not follow through with the business plan. By paying for the consultation, you acknowledge that these fees cover the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to assisting you, and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Manufacturing, Shipping, and Packing Services

Civvera offers an array of manufacturing, shipping, and packing services to assist entrepreneurs in setting up their clothing brands. Once an order for these services has been placed, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Cancellation Window and Refund Conditions:
-
Cancellations within 2-3 days: If you wish to cancel an order for manufacturing, shipping, or packing services, you must notify us within 2-3 days from the date of order placement. If you make the cancellation request within this time frame, you will receive a full refund for services not yet rendered or goods not yet shipped.

Cancellations after 2-3 days: Cancellations made after the 2-3 day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be partially granted at Civvera’s sole discretion, depending on the stage of production, shipping, or packing. This means that if production has already started, or goods have been partially manufactured or packaged, Civvera may deduct a certain percentage of the total order value as a processing fee, or for costs incurred up to that point.

Confirmation of Purchase Order (PO):

Once the Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed and returned to the client by Civvera, the cancellation and refund terms are subject to the following more complex conditions:

Upon PO Confirmation: After the PO has been confirmed and acknowledged by Civvera, any cancellation request made thereafter will result in a refund amount that is proportional to the stage of production or shipping at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation request is made after the PO confirmation but before the manufacturing process has commenced, a refund may be granted minus any administrative charges, procurement costs, and logistical fees that have been incurred to date.

Production and Shipment Commencement: Once production or shipment has commenced, refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, and they will be at the sole discretion of Civvera. Factors such as raw material procurement, the time spent on production, labor charges, or shipping arrangements will influence the decision. In most cases, no refund will be issued once production or shipment has begun.

Refund Calculation Post-PO Confirmation: Refund amounts after PO confirmation will be calculated as follows:

Up to 50% refund: If cancellation is requested after the PO confirmation but before any raw materials have been procured or production work has commenced.

Up to 30% refund: If cancellation is requested after raw materials have been ordered or production has started, but before the packaging process has been completed.

No refund: If cancellation is requested after the goods have been packed, shipped, or dispatched for delivery. All associated fees, including material costs, labor charges, and shipping fees, are non-refundable at this stage.

Non-Refundable Charges:

Certain charges incurred after production, packaging, or shipping has commenced are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

Costs of raw materials already purchased for the manufacturing of goods.

Labor charges for services rendered towards manufacturing or packing.
-
Shipping charges or logistics fees that have already been incurred.

Any custom-made or specially designed products that have been created to meet the specific requirements of the client.

3. Business Consultation and Advisory Services

Our business consultation services are integral in assisting you in formulating a strong foundation for your clothing brand. These services include tailored business advice, market strategies, branding, and operational guidance. Once payment has been made for consultation services, the following terms apply:

Consultation Fees: All consultation fees are non-refundable once the payment is received, regardless of whether you proceed with the brand launch or not. By paying for the consultation services, you acknowledge that the fee covers the time, expertise, and resources used by Civvera’s professionals. No refund will be issued even if you do not proceed with opening your brand or discontinue after the consultation.

Disclaimer: Please note that paying for business consultation services does not guarantee the opening or success of your clothing brand. Civvera provides expertise and advice, but the ultimate success of your business depends on numerous factors outside of our control.

4. Process for Cancellation and Refund Requests

All cancellation and refund requests are subject to review and approval by Civvera, and the outcome may vary depending on the specific stage of service delivery.

5. Force Majeure

In the event that cancellation or refund requests are impacted by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping delays, government restrictions, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events), Civvera reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays or changes, and determine whether a refund or cancellation is feasible.

6. No Refund for Completed Services

Once any business engagement services (including consultations, reports, and strategies) or manufacturing, shipping, and packing services are initiated or completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

Completed consultations, strategic reports, or market research

Shipments that have already been dispatched or are in transit
-
Custom-made products that have been manufactured as per the client’s specifications

7. Legal Compliance and Consumer Protection

Civvera is committed to adhering to the legal and regulatory requirements set forth by the Government of India under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This includes compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and all other relevant consumer protection laws in India. We ensure that our cancellation and refund policies are in full accordance with the statutory rights of consumers as defined by Indian law.

In case of any dispute, the client shall have the option to resolve matters through mediation, and if unresolved, the dispute may be referred to the relevant consumer forum or court as per Indian law. Civvera reserves the right to update or amend this policy to reflect changes in consumer protection laws.

By placing an order, signing up for any service, or paying for any consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
